A change of interior doors can bring a real facelift to any house or office.

Graeme Levett Carpentry can fit customer supplied doors or offer a supply service from a wide range at Howdens Joinery including white moulded, solid pine or oak veneered finishes.

Some of the options available include:

Flush

A smooth flat finish available in plywood (which can be painted or varnished). Also available as a veneered or foil finish in a range of wood colours.

Moulded

These are very popular for domestic use. They are particularly known in a 4 and 6 panel style and are supplied in a pre-primed white finish. There are other designs available including arched tops or with glass. If you wanted something suitable for a more heavily used area, you may like to consider developers doors (available in some of these styles) with a filled core.

Softwood

These are normally made from solid pine and are available in number of designs. Pine doors can give a more solid feel than moulded doors. They are suitable for painting or particularly varnishing.

Oak

Oak doors provide a very high quality finish and can be found in a wide range of styles including a number of glazed options. They are made from veneers so are very stable and are good for matching in colour to one another.

From an exterior front or back door through to a pair of garage doors, we can professionally hang what is supplied by a customer or help in the selection (hardwood or softwood) and supply of what you require. Frames can also be replaced if necessary.
